Elastic and quasi elastics study on He4

This work has been done last week.

Here is a set of screenshots that illustrate all the work done.

Tested on He4 and D2 (elastic only for the moment, actually, for the D2, the elastic and the quasi-elastic are mixed...)

He4 --> run 21317; AHDC HV = 1350 V; I = 15 nA
D2 --> run 21414; AHDC HV = 1350 V; I = 15 nA

To be done:

1. create a timeline for the the width of Δɸ and Δvz
2. add photons of the FT (θ < 5°).
